Return and Exchange

Return and Exchange Period:

You have seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • They must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Accessories
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Exchange Process (How to Exchange)

  1. Log in to your account and go to “Orders”.
  2. Click the “Exchange” button next to the item you want to return.
  3. Select the reason for exchange and choose your desired replacement size (subject to availability).
  4. Acknowledge the policy and submit your request.
  5. You’ll receive a new order confirmation with tracking details once your original item is collected.

Things to Remember:

  • We may refuse returns for hygiene reasons if it’s clear the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
  • For defective products, send pictures to connect@biskeyxlabel.in. We’ll confirm and process your refund (either to your bank account or as Biskey Money) without requiring a return shipment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We reserve the right to update this policy periodically. We’ll post any changes immediately on our website. By making a purchase with Biskey X Label, you agree to abide by the terms of this return and exchange policy.
